SideThread helps surface compact answers during live conversations. To provide the service, the app may process microphone audio, transcript text, account information from Sign in with Apple, and Live Activity push tokens.
Data We Collect
We collect the information needed to run the app: audio for live transcription, transcript and conversation content for answer generation, Apple account identifiers, email address when Apple provides it, and Live Activity push tokens for lock-screen updates.
How We Use Data
We use this data for app functionality, including authentication, transcription, answer generation, recent session history, and Live Activity updates. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
